Not Financial Advice

Nothing on this site or in our product constitutes financial advice. Backtesting results do not guarantee future performance. All trading involves risk, including loss of capital. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

Waitlist

Joining the waitlist does not create a contractual obligation. We will contact you when early access is available. Full terms of service for the product will be provided before you create an account.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code on this site is owned by QuantValidate. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

QuantValidate provides validation tools and coaching assistance. We are not liable for trading losses, challenge failures, or any financial outcomes resulting from the use of our service. Past backtesting performance does not predict future results.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated to waitlist members via email.
